Crab Cakes

1 lb lump crab

1 egg

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp mayo

1 Tbsp prepared mustard

1 Tbsp melted butter

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp cloves

1/8 tsp ginger

1/8 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients except crab

Fold in crab and form mixture into patties

Place on cookie sheet in 375 degree F oven for 12-15 minutes.

Serve with lemon.
